Nexen

Korea's oldest. Built for next.

First in Korea.
Racing ahead since.

Nexen began in 1942 as Heung-A — the first tire company in Korea. In 2000 it renamed itself Nexen, fusing 'next' and 'century', and set about earning the name: four manufacturing plants, OE supply to global carmakers, and distribution across roughly 150 countries.

Its strength is the sweet spot — OE-grade engineering and award-winning design at a price that makes sense for real drivers.

“We got you.”
— Nexen corporate slogan, 2021

OE-grade engineering

Nexen supplies original equipment to global car manufacturers — the hardest quality bar in the industry, met from plants in Korea, China and Europe.

Design that wins

In 2014 Nexen took all four of the world's top design awards — a first for any tire maker. Function and form, engineered together.

Value without compromise

Passenger, SUV and light-truck ranges that punch above their price — quality Libyan drivers can actually afford to run.
